Die Neugier der geladenen G\u00e4ste aus der Immobilienbranche wurde definitiv geweckt, als Christoph Thomann (CEO von ZIRP) in seiner Keynote \u00fcber Insekten als fleischlose Alternative und hervorragende Eiwei\u00dfquelle sprach. Seit 2011 arbeitet ZIRP dran Insekten als hochwertiges Nahrungsmittel anzubieten und z\u00e4hlt europaweit zu den Pionieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insekten eigenen sich als nat\u00fcrliche und n\u00e4hrstoffhaltige Proteinquelle zum Superfood der Zukunft. Ihre Aufzucht und Haltung ist wesentlich nachhaltiger und Umweltschonender als die herk\u00f6mmliche Fleischindustrie. Insekten verbrauchen weniger Wasser, Platz, Futtermittel und haben einen 25-fach geringeren CO2-Aussto\u00df. Unter anderem wurde gefragt, wie viele Sorten von Insekten produziert werden, ob sie als Fleisch gelten und wie man diese richtig zubereitet.
