Mal zum traditionellen und exklusiven Afterwork #TheREAL100 der Immobilienbranche. Der Event fand in den modernen R\u00e4umlichkeiten der BUWOG Group statt. Die pers\u00f6nlich geladenen G\u00e4ste staunten nicht schlecht, als der Vordenker und Wegbereiter f\u00fcr Insekten als Lebensmittel, Christoph Thomann von ZIRP, in seiner Keynote \u00fcber Insekten als fleischlose Alternative und hervorragende Eiwei\u00dfquelle sprach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pioniere beim Superfood Insekten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaum einer der anwesenden G\u00e4ste wusste, dass Insekten als nat\u00fcrliche Proteinquelle mit einer enorm n\u00e4hrstoffreichen Zusammensetzung ein wahres Superfood darstellen. Insekten sind nicht vegan, da sie ja eigentlich Tiere sind, allerdings ist deren Aufzucht und Haltung wesentlich nachhaltiger und schonender in Bezug auf Ressourcen wie Wasser, Platzbedarf, Futtermittel und haben einen 25fach geringeren CO2-Aussto\u00df. Christoph Thomann: \u201eWir arbeiten bei ZIRP seit 2011 daran, Insekten als hochwertiges Lebensmittel anzubieten und z\u00e4hlen europaweit zu den Pionieren. Wir sind an Sponsoren interessiert, die, wie wir an Morgen denken und das Ern\u00e4hrungsbewusstsein der Menschen unterst\u00fctzen m\u00f6chten.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die 100 Immobilienprofis involvierten sich gekonnt ins Thema und stellten viele Fragen. So wollte man wissen, wie Insekten \u201egeerntet\u201c werden, wie viele \u201eSorten\u201c von Insekten produziert werden, ob Insekten als Fleisch gelten, ob es einen Kochkurs zum Thema gibt und welcher Wein zum Insektendinner passend w\u00e4re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christoph Thomann kl\u00e4rte auf, dass Insekten keinen Stress und keine Schmerzen versp\u00fcren, sondern friedlich einschlafen, bevor sie tiefgek\u00fchlt werden. Insekten gelten zwar nicht als vegan, sind aber bei Fleischskeptikern aus moralischen Gr\u00fcnden trotzdem gerne auf dem Speiseplan willkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Insekten sind wie Innovationen: grenz\u00fcberschreitend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Vorfeld zur Keynote gab es einige Kostproben \u2013 vom Proteinriegel bis zu den Snacks \u201eHeimchen Smoked\u201c und \u201eMehlw\u00fcrmer natur\u201c. Was viele G\u00e4ste zu Beginn noch nicht sofort als Appetizer testen wollten, war f\u00fcr einige nach dem Vortrag kein Problem mehr. Die Gastgeber von enteco machten es vor und testeten sich auf der B\u00fchne durch die mitgebrachten Speisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit seiner Keynote und den spannenden Zahlen und Fakten zur innovativen Nahrungsquelle Insekten traf Speaker Christoph Thomann den Zahn der Zeit in einer sich stark wandelnden Branche.
